I am very unhappy with the way my rental case was handled. The visit was catastrophic. I am disappointed with the disrespectful behavior of the person from your agency Lauraine G who made me visit the apartment (0 listening, 0 motivation / interest in making the visit a success). I doubt the owner would have done the same.
Despite a visit not at all encouraging to continue, I sent the email confirming my interest as well as a thank-you as a way of respect and courtesy to the person. I haven't had any feedback to date. I suspect that my file is being processed. I can even say it wasn't even studied.
