Unprofessional and poor quality move. Following a transfer and change of region, the employer called on this company. Correctly made estimate, schedule on time ... but for the positive that's all.
Delivery of boxes to a relay point 50km from my home. Move initially planned between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. but arrived from the truck at 7:50 a.m. without my being warned with refusal to wait until I finished.
In a hurry and without being able to organize myself I welcome them so that he can start charging. And here we are clearly dealing with people who are only there to load boxes without even thinking. I did not even have the right to 5min to organize my things. Consequences: the household products I needed, on board .. the transport cage for my cat, on board. I had to go buy urgently. Will I be reimbursed? Not sure.
Arrived from the truck the next day at the agreed time. They unload. But again they don't even know what they're unloading. And when I realize that I am missing the brushcutter handle, my word is questioned, not even made the effort to go around what they had unloaded to look, even supporting me that they did not had not seen a handle when loading. Where was he ? Placed on the high letterbox that you can't see if you don't look up. Again, it discharges and it does not reflect.
But it doesn't stop there. Because as I move in I notice that I am missing the feet of my bed. No matter how much I searched the boxes ... nothing. Bed disassembled by them I specify. So in the end I have a box spring that thrones, completely unusable for lack of feet.
If this is the quality of service, I absolutely do not recommend this company to you and I believe that the expression "we are never better served than by ourselves" will still be relevant for a long time.
