To all tobacconists especially not to order from them ...

Order processing not fast ... I refused an order arrived too late, they have recovered the goods, and I still wait 8 months after the refund they had promised ...

Order sent by GLS never received, returned to Ballkit, who want us to pay a 2nd shipping cost.
They made a mistake by mentioning our telephone number on the delivery note. They neither want to return the order, nor refund us !! On the other hand, they cashed well!
When you call them, they hang up the phone! Thank you

Do not order anything from them !! I ordered protective plexi for my stores. My package was presented by the carrier during my absence (when he had my phone number and my email address to make an appointment) This same carrier returned it to Balkit, who tell me that the goods are broken and don't want to do anything ... 750 euros lost !!
We are not going to stay there.
