Order sent by GLS never received, returned to Ballkit, who want us to pay a 2nd shipping cost.
They made a mistake by mentioning our telephone number on the delivery note. They neither want to return the order, nor refund us !! On the other hand, they cashed well!
When you call them, they hang up the phone! Thank you
