Realtor and loan officer were amazing. They walked us through the whole process and answered all questions when asked. I have recommended the to all my family and friends. I will definitely use them again for future purchases.

The worst transaction in 10 years of Real Estate .
They ignore calls and emails, lies . Arie batanero branch manager and Jordan Herencia assistant will not answer emails, texts or calls . They are a complete joke and waste of time . Please stay away that will save you time , stress and money.

Very bad lender came down to closing and lender withheld information until the end . Not sure why, but would not recommend to anyone purchasing

It was my first time buying a house and the process couldn t have been smoother and easy. Mr Alfonso was very very helpful, willing to answer any question I had, and explaining the process step by step from start to end. I m really happy enjoying my very first own home. Highly recommend Mortgage One Solutions, specially Alfonso my loan officer. Ruben Gomez my real estate agent was also very helpful, and he did a great team work along with Alfonso.

the worst experience . I almost lost my investment property.

In all my years of real estate transactions I've never seen a more incompetent and unprofessional lender.

Practically the same experience as Ruben, another reviewer, where we gave the buyer numerous extensions because of this lender. I don't understand how they're still in business given the complete lack of communication and incompetence. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong with this lender.

First they were late to get an appraisal, first extension, then they requested well/septic inspections, another extension, then they needed to request IRS transcripts for the buyer, another extension, then they still didn't have their act together for final closing, another extension.

How is it they didn't know they needed all of this in the beginning?

There were 2 other extensions I'm leaving out because they had to do with the buyers credit and finances, but they're pre-approval process should have caught all of those red flags in the beginning.

All in all a 30 day closing took almost 70 days!

Even at closing the lender screwed up the sales price causing a huge headache where the settlement company had to redo the numbers at the last minute!

It's almost as if they were learning how to provide a lending service as they were going along, because they were so disorganized.

I highly recommend you use a more professional lender and stay away from Mortgage One Solutions. It's a miracle they're still in business.

I have never ever experienced such disrespect at a "professional" place of business. They sold my mothers loan to a "private investor" and this establishment was not even courteous enough to get a phone call. When I called internally and spoke to Renee at ext 105 I was not even treated with any respect. I was not given an answer let alone a number to call or any way to move forward. If you cannot help me (very odd) can you at least point me to a direction of someone who can? I would not recommend anyone to do business with this lender. Everyone from the first to last call really seems like they are not willing to be at work let alone help their customers.

Worse mortgage company I have ever worked with. Communication is non exisistent! Do yourself a favor and find a different home loan lender.

We cannot say enough good things about Alfonso. He was wonderful and responsive and very professional throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer, I am extremely grateful for all the support Alfonso gave to make buying our first home feel so seamless.The closing process was super fast and efficient (we closed in 20 days) mainly because of how good he is with his work. Could not recommend him enough! We will be using his services in future refinances and purchases.

Worst experience of my life! I m not the type of person to leave a review, but if I could give someone a negative star this place would be it! The lack of communication is mind boggling, you would think this is not an important process with the way they treat it.

You can spend a whole day emailing or calling them and they will not answer. If they answer either they ll tell you to call the person directly (to get not response) or they ll give you a BS answer!

Batanero is the worst, He will give you bald-faced lie, after bald-faced lie! My closing date kept being delayed, because they couldn t get it together. I gave them everything in a timely manner to be able to get this going as soon as possible and on multiple occasions they told me everything is good to go , to later find out there were things missing on their end. Once I would find out, they would apologize and blame it on someone else internally.

Working with them will make your anxiety spike and you ll be up worried, because there is no communication! If you can look elsewhere.

Stay away from this lender. I am selling my place currently and found out my buyer is working with this lender who is not responsive to my realtor or the title company. I told the title company as well to reach out. The Lender the buyer is working with is Richard Duong. Seems he has not been responsive to my realtor and the title company. It is beyond frustrating and ridiculous. If this does not close by the 23rd of December 2020 as plan I will be Reporting this company to the consumers finance gov and putting a formal complaint. The realtor for the buyer at Re/max one Root Bhromtana had also been horrible at not knowing about the gift letter. I feel bad for me and the buyer that are caught in this situation. As I said avoid this lender.

The Loan Officer, Arie Batanero, was ridiculously hard to reach or communicate with. I never spoke to him thru out the entire transaction. I could probably get over that, but here we are, the day of settlement, the Sellers have signed, and the Loan is still not approved. What a mess that could have been prevented by professional level communication.

Would not recommend! They ll go days without responding or telling you they ll call you back. They ll make mistakes and blame other people. Honestly it s the most unprofessional company I ve ever worked with! If you can avoid Batanero, do it!
