I have never ever experienced such disrespect at a "professional" place of business. They sold my mothers loan to a "private investor" and this establishment was not even courteous enough to get a phone call. When I called internally and spoke to Renee at ext 105 I was not even treated with any respect. I was not given an answer let alone a number to call or any way to move forward. If you cannot help me (very odd) can you at least point me to a direction of someone who can? I would not recommend anyone to do business with this lender. Everyone from the first to last call really seems like they are not willing to be at work let alone help their customers.
