Stay away from this lender. I am selling my place currently and found out my buyer is working with this lender who is not responsive to my realtor or the title company. I told the title company as well to reach out. The Lender the buyer is working with is Richard Duong. Seems he has not been responsive to my realtor and the title company. It is beyond frustrating and ridiculous. If this does not close by the 23rd of December 2020 as plan I will be Reporting this company to the consumers finance gov and putting a formal complaint. The realtor for the buyer at Re/max one Root Bhromtana had also been horrible at not knowing about the gift letter. I feel bad for me and the buyer that are caught in this situation. As I said avoid this lender.
