Slow customer response time. Misleading prices for lcd buy Back (quoted at $500 for good lcds received back only $180), misleading last minute add ons option to previous orders placed/Not shipped yet. I wouldn t be surprised if the screens I ordered are low quality

Mobile Sentrix has been my main supplier for quite some time now and hands down has had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of all the places I've used!! Saad is my go-to person, he gets it done for me every time no matter if it's a small or big order. Besides that they have amazing LCD buyback prices and their parts are all top of the line.... I very very rarely have any defective parts, which is huge for my business!

Definitely the best parts supplier around. They carry thousands of products on their website. It's like a candy store for repair shops. I particularly love the layout of the motherboard section for iPhones. They also buy back broken OEM screens and offer great rates for those as well. The few times I have called in, the customer service was very helpful. I would definitely recommend to repair shop owners.

We've used MobileSentrix now for about 3 years and we had juggled suppliers a few times in the past. By far the easiest and most predictable to work with. You can always reach someone by phone if needed, shipping is always on time and well packed. We've never had any damaged parts. Returns are super easy to deal with.

They sell defective phones with two months of warranty and do not give the guarantee.

These guys have a very good customer service, they reply on time and am really looking forward to work with them. I ran into some trouble signing up on their website but shout outs to Xiomara for going out of his/her way(apologies cause I don't the gender) to make sure my user account was up and running in no time

This review is in regards to their LCD Buyback program. After a miscommunication with a dispute I had about the value of the LCD's I sent in, they worked quickly and politely to rectify the situation and leave me satisfied.

I think they're the best so far, the customer service, return policy, being helpful, pick up the phone anytime you wanan talk to them specially one of the manager Moosa, he is one of the rare ones, I've never seen a guy like him so much patient, polite and skilled in customer service, they even give you techinical support . There are some flaws in RMA&buyback dep but overall I'm very satisfied. I've been around this business quite a while and worked with diffrent companies and so far they matched all my business needs that others were lacking, Keep it up guys, Good Job.

Good qualify for screen, flex and camera.
Friendly people on the phone (have go out of their way many time for me)

CONS:
Bad quality Amp-Sentrix battery. I have many come back broken in less than 3 motenths
Big bulky packaging on iphone screen make hard for fit in drawers and shelves.

Sent them a couple screens for their LCD buyback, the proccess was fast! They even matched a price with another company, got my money in no time. I suggest this company for any tech looking to sell their LCD's, or buying.

LCD quality is really bad !! Most of the Lcd have touch problem and most of the lcd has few blue spots. Please improve your products !!!

I received an email from them LESS THEN 30 MIN LATER!!!! saying that FEDEX had my package ALREADY :O :O .... :O read that again. Not only was it packaged and labeled in NO TIME it was PICKED UP :O and then it came on Saturday before noon. ALL FOR 10$ SHIPPING. THEY DONT EVEN GOUGE YOU. If the service wasn't enough the quality of parts is amazing! The're properly tested, they come in reliable packaging, most parts even come with all the extras like adhesive or shields pre-installed. I will never, ever, ever order from anyone else. OUTSTANDING SPEED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS!

Good: Fast shipping and good deals on board level components.

Bad: I've had issues with well over half the screens I've received and the buyer is responsible for return shipping, so it's a huge loss with that much defective product coming your way. Quality control is very poor if it exists.

Great Company, can say for sure this company always goes above and beyond. We have been placing daily-weekly orders with this company for 2 years and they always deliver. Sounds like they are always busy, but the employees go out of their way to make sure you are equally represented. Our defect rate is pretty low and never have we had quality issues. I'm not sure where these negative reviews have come from but these guys have always been great and have only improved. Be straight with them, they will be straight with you.

Hands down the best supplier i've dealt with. MobileSentrix replaced 3 other suppliers that I previously used for parts. Defective items are very rare and customer service is great if you ever need it. Packaging comes ready for inventory tracking and looks good too. No more bubble wrapped, taped up screen assemblies. ALL screens come equipped with brackets/pads/spacers/etc and that saves valuable time! Peace of mind knowing my customers wont have their screens coming loose inside a month from sub-par screen frame adhesive. They also offer board level repairs with a 100% success rate(at least for me). Their quality parts and guarantee allow me to offer the best warranty with the best parts anywhere in my area! Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Got my oneplus 6 screen repaired and the company ordered their screen from mobile sentrix. I put a case and a full screen protector, the phone fell from my hanging earphones less than 1 ft off the ground,into a gym mat floor and the actual screen cracked Instead of the tempered glass, it cracked on the first fall and less than 48 hours since getting the screen repaired. The company couldn't do anything about it. So I called mobile sentrix and they where completely ignorant and rude. The guy said he made the choices and that there was no warranty if the screen was cracked.I'm beyond mad with them and their product quality.

As an owner/installer you can not beat the quality, pricing, warranty and customer service! If any issues do come up Saad is calling within 30 minutes of me sending an email to resolve the issue! Great work guys!

I have been in the business for over seven years and I can say that electronics are never 100% but when there is a problem I can honestly say that this company takes care of their customers,The lifetime warrantee that really does mean something they stand by their product no matter the problem!!

Very disappointed with their customer services. Very unprofessional and took a run around to get answers, I was a potential wholesale buyer, but after what I experience. Nope. Asked about prices for non consumers versus consumer they go well depends on how much you spend. So not a thier pricing they can offer. Sounds fishy. We asked why should we buy from you rather then joe doe down the street. We have good pricing. How would I know if you dont tell us. Sorry, but I'm not gonna say I spend 5 grand a month on phone parts and only get a 1% discount. That probably what would happen. And I called earlier and spoke to a lady, and she says I needed to talk to x person. Informed her That Im deaf and when you call if I dont answer leave a message and if we do answer you be speaking to a lady. One they called but didnt leave a message, so we called them and then my assistant stated she was calling back to get some information, the person goes oh We need to talk to the guy that called we cant talk to you. Re.ind you I did tell the lady I'm deaf. Very bad experience a total of 5 phone calls and of professionalism, and couldn't give us a price difference. NEVER WILL USE THEM PERIOD.

Top prices paid for LCD recycling, quality control could be better. Customer Service? No response or comp on overnight order when i7 LCDs came in defective. Tempered Glass protectors are also good quality, price & presentable packaging.
