Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Got my oneplus 6 screen repaired and the company ordered their screen from mobile sentrix. I put a case and a full screen protector, the phone fell from my hanging earphones less than 1 ft off the ground,into a gym mat floor and the actual screen cracked Instead of the tempered glass, it cracked on the first fall and less than 48 hours since getting the screen repaired. The company couldn't do anything about it. So I called mobile sentrix and they where completely ignorant and rude. The guy said he made the choices and that there was no warranty if the screen was cracked.I'm beyond mad with them and their product quality.
