Their service just continues to decline. Had an appointment for oil change at 1pm, at 2:30 they hadn't even STARTED on it!!! Wasted my lunch hour (and a half!)and still need my oil changed!!!
The service staff was very friendly and the service department was very clean in the customer waiting.
The people are nice but i feel that their mechanics don't know what they're doing because I've took my brand new 2019 vehicle 4 times for the same problem that they keep saying they fixed which they haven't fixed yet. So frustrated.
Our extra service coverage expired & wasn't aware of it. They waived the cost of oil change as a courtesy for being a loyal customer.
