The customer service folks are nice and try to be helpful but the available service don't match up to competitors. Internet works great and good customer service. My only complaint is the fee keeps going up and up. I am paying $35 more a month than my original contract. Doesn't seem much but over a year that's $420. Which is airfare for one to Mexico!
