Rude, unprofessional, misogynist men work here. A whole group of them out on break, no masks, could care less. Talking rude. I wouldn t consider hiring them at all. Turned around and walked out.

We absolutely loved their work! They showed up on time everyday. They were very polite and kind. Hard workers! The installation was done to almost perfection! We are very impressed with Anthony and Anthony. If you need your windows installed make sure you ask for the "A" Team! 5 STARS ALL AROUND FOR THESE GUYS.
**We did have some hiccups with the wrong windows being ordered.... and one window was not put on the order form but, the company Window World is fixing their mistakes and will be expediting the ordering for those windows.
We will leave another review once the job is complete :).

We have used Window World in the past and have always been happy with their service. The only drawback this time was a long wait time for installation, mostly due to covid related slowdowns in manufacturing, but seeing our new windows in place, the wait was well worth it. Thank you!

I have been very happy with Window World, from my initial experience in having them perform an estimate to their professional installation. Recently, I reached out with questions regarding my warranty - Shambrae was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The service and quality at Window World is exceptional and highly recommended.

Install were very respectful. The install crew were motivated, hardworking, respectful and accomplished all of my requests. Norman the sales rep was punctual and responsive to calls and answered my questions. I would recommend Window World!

My first and last experience with WW. I met with a rep and gave them 50% deposit on June 3 2020. Today is August 12,2020. Unable to reach them By phone. Left voicemail. No install date yet, I want a refund so I can buy my patio door elsewhere. 3 month s to get and install a patio door? They should at least call me back.

Update: My patio door was installed today 08/26/2020. The install went very, very well. I was very impressed. The installers cleaned up after themselves very meticulously. They adjusted the door perfectly. It seals perfectly, and rolls easily. I have changed my rating upwards from 1 star to 4 stars. Only deducted one star due to the delay. I have to say, the wait was really worth it!

I was very pleased with such great customer service and professionalism!! I will definitely be staying with this company and will refer to friends and family. Thank you!

I m reading the other reviews for Window World and I m trying to figure out if they are real, but then realized I recognized some of the names for the 5 star ratings for this company as employees that I spoke with and dealt with. I typically don t write reviews, but I had to this time. I called this company for a quote, scheduled and took time off to meet the estimator. No call, no show. I called and was greeted by a very rude person over the phone _telling me that there was no confirmation under my address. Later that day I got a phone call from a TX area code insisting I give them an opportunity to make it right ( I was under the impression that this company was a Local company - come to find out ITs NOT) so I scheduled another appt to have a estimator come out to my place, for the following day. I agreed, met the estimator received the quote and was taken back at all the additional fees, add ons and ridiculous overpriced quote to replace all the windows on my home that is about 6 years old. When I questioned the quote / estimate - the estimator became condescending and very curt with his responses. Over all not a great experience. If I m going to give my business to a window company, I at least expect some respect and professionalism... and maybe someone local !

The price was excellent for the value. The crew was very professional and kept the site very clean throughout the process.

I can t exactly express how pleased I am so far with Window World! Drew the gentleman who came out to my home to provide an estimate for replacing my windows and sliding glass doors was so professional and knowledgeable! He took the time to educate me on the differences between windows. If someone had told me beforehand I would really enjoy hearing about windows I would have laughed but I did! At this point in I have just ordered my windows and doors. I will continue to update this review throughput the process! I want to thank Drew for his thorough explanation of the whole process ! I am selling my house and needed to have two windows replaced. Normal install time for custom windows is 4 to 6 weeks but Window World expedited the process and the windows were installed in less than two weeks. The guys that came to house were friendly and the install was quick, neat and professional. They even put my curtains back up when they were done.

Drew is our sales guy, he is great ! Very Knowledgeable about windows and always gets back to us whenever we inquire about something. We have done all our windows a few at a time. Finishing up with the last 3 now. Window World as a company is great too, the absolute best pricing we could find with quality windows. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was very impressed with how respectful they were and how fair the prices are. In the past I ve gotten high pressure sales for windows but Norman wasn t pushy at all. The whole overall experience was refreshingly pleasant.

My experience with this WW franchise was fabulous. The owner came out to evaluate for two windows and a patio door. My wife was concerned about the possible need to replace a few other windows which had been installed by another company about 5 years earlier. Paul, the owner of this WW, checked out each window for us and told us that didn't need replacing. Another dealer might have conned us into having more work than necessary done, but Paul acted with integrity, telling us they would last at least a few more years.
After the initial installation, during which Paul's crew moved furniture before and after for us, Paul checked back and decided that the patio door wasn't quite up to par. Before he left, he changed the outside handle so that we could more easily open/close from the outside -- my hands and wrists are crippled from arthritis. When he brought a new door, he spent about 2 hours working on moving the outside handle to a position which would be even more comfortable for me to use.

Paul's Window World really deserves more than five stars!

We met with Norman and he taught us about Window World's windows, warranty and the process involved. As of today, we have accepted the estimate and look forward to window installation January 2021. Norman was instrumental in helping us understand Window World's product and services. Go Norman!!!

Great attitude, hard workers, fast, knowledgeable of their work

We got new windows installed yesterday! Window World was amazing! Totally professional from estimate to install. Extremely affordable for someone on a budget like us! The installers came with gloves, masks and suits. They installed quickly, cleaned up after themselves and wiped down all things they touched!! Thank you so much!

Drew came to my home, prepared a bid to get windows and sliding door replaced. He was knowledgeable, informative, customer service oriented and respectful. He sold me on his products and offered options. Very pleased with his customer service and knowledge of the products I was considering.

Norman was very personable and kind. He took the time to explain all aspects of the product and what to expect from the whole process, from start to finish.

About 1.5 years ago Window World of Albuquerque installed three doors in my home. Problems began to appear a few months later and they stepped up and went to work trying to get them fixed. Then the business was sold. I thought I was going to be left fixing the issue on my own. To my surprise, the new owner got involved and even though he was in no way responsible he still fixed the problem. Things don't always go perfectly, but you can't ask for better than that.

Our experience with Window World was great from the beginning in September 2019 meeting with Russ Little and the estimate for 10 replacement windows 50 miles south of Albuquerque NM. I have purposefully waited a few weeks to write this review because I am not easily impressed with talk or words. I wanted to see how the weather changed and it did last week with the cold front and high winds that made their way to NM. The windows did their job wonderfully!

Our installation date was Nov 7th, 2019. The crew of three Mike, Israel and Mikey was a wonderful experience. They were absolutely knowledgeable and professional from the beginning to end. Also the weather was cold, windy and rainy. This TEAM collaborated and diligently worked together for the finished product. They showed "Attention to Detail" and all three frequently asked if I had any questions and if I was pleased. They took the time to make sure I knew how to operate the windows properly.

In this day and age it is hard to find hard workers in whichever field that care and take pride in their work. I have to say this company did right by me and the cost. If in the future I have any issues I am confident they will step up and take care of business.
