Metro Garage Door Co.

Jordan arrived at our house within two hours after calling to replace a broken spring on our garage door. The amazing part is that it was Saturday morning. He got the job done in a short amount of time and checked all of the other working parts of the door to be sure they were in good condition. He also took the time to explain how to take care of the components to make it last longer. We were so impressed with his professionalism and will be calling Metro Garage Door the next time we need service.

Emailed them this morning at 7:30 to ask them to replace my OH door springs and Dana was on the job at 10:00 and did a great job!

We used Metro Garage Door for a broken spring we had on our garage door. Setting up the appointment was about as efficient as possible. They were able to arrive by 8AM the following morning. Randy was the person who worked on our door. He showed up right at 8AM, was very friendly, informative (something I greatly appreciated), and replaced the springs in about 25 minutes. I would definitely recommend Metro Garage Door Co. to others.

As always, the associate who came to service my broken garage door did a great job, was quick and neat, explained me what the issue was and how he fixed it.
He also indicated what other problems might occur in the future and explained what to expect and how to prevent them.
I am very pleased with the consistency Metro Garage Door is offering on and on.

We were very pleased with Metro Garage Door. We called last evening, and someone came to fix our garage door before noon today. We were very impressed with the service. Jordan worked on the door and had it fixed quickly. He was very professional, personable, and did a great job of explaining what he fixed and what is good maintenance. I would recommend Metro garage door and I would also recommend Jordan. Jordan is definitely an asset and a great employee for Metro garage door.

We suffered a broken spring and Randy was out to our house within a day or two. He was friendly & extremely knowledgeable. He had our door fixed within 30 min. Excellent service!! Will utilize this company again!

I have had multiple positive experiences with Metro Garage. Most recently, Jordan tuned up our garage door on 5/15/21. He did an excellent job communicating with me about the work, and how I can help maintain our garage door. Our garage door is running better than it has in a long time.

We had great service today from Metro Garage Door. Randy (the Technician) arrived very promptly (within a couple of hours of my initial call), and took care of all of our needs. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure our system was in good working order.

I was very happy with customer service, from the initial contact by phone to the service technician who came out to do the repairs. I had initially contacted another garage door company and was told it would be 2 - 3 days before they could schedule anyone to come out. Metro Garage had someone out the same day I called. I appreciated this quick response time since my car was trapped in my garage!

The cable on my garage door snapped on one of the coldest nights of the winter and Metro Garage Door had it fixed by 10 am the next morning! I was so thankful! They were so kind and accommodating and did great work for a very reasonable price. I can't thank them enough!
