I was very happy with customer service, from the initial contact by phone to the service technician who came out to do the repairs. I had initially contacted another garage door company and was told it would be 2 - 3 days before they could schedule anyone to come out. Metro Garage had someone out the same day I called. I appreciated this quick response time since my car was trapped in my garage!
