Paragon Oil

Liars Complete liars .I was out of oil and called Paragon Oil and was promised a next day delivery. They even put me on hold for 20 min while they checked and confirmed delivery. They rushed for payment to be sent over . Then the next morning at 10 am I am told they will not deliver untill Monday . Then I am advise it may take a week to refund me my payment. Completely crooked company . Most reviews from reviewers that that are positive only have 1 or 2 reviews. They must be fake reviews and friends of the company . They have a very low rating for a reason . Please be careful with Paragon Oil .

This company is the best. The Staff is incredible, very skilled, accommodating. Prices are great, and time after time has gotten me out of jams. They recently replaced my oil tank. There technicians were professional, and efficient. They are the best. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING PARAGON OIL, YOU ARE # 1.

This is the worst company and unprofessional customer service, rude. I usually don t write reviews but they push my buttons. I ordered oil it was 2.73 and they never put it in there computer, then I called next day the price for the oil was $3.10 they cannot deliver the oil for next 5 days. I have my Parents they are over 70 years old and 2 kids 13 and 14 years old if they get sick in this cold weather no one to be blamed but the company Paragon oil. I have been using this company last 3 years every two weeks I ordered oil now they lost a customer I will never order oil from this company never ever again, they just lost a customer, I cannot stop complaining I am so mad right about now......................................................

A few months ago I called Paragon oil because my boiler was not working the way it usually does. The receptionist Sandra was very friendly. They sent a technition, Ivan. He listen to what I expained was going on and went straight to work. He was professional and friendly. I was very satisfy with his work.

I've been buying my Heating Oil from Paragon Oil Co. for the past 25 years, and they have never once missed an appointment, or even came later than the scheduled delivery. People shouldn't wait until their tank is empty, to order their fuel. If they're not getting regular deliveries, or using the computerized system (that takes temperature into consideration), then they should check their tanks regularly in the winter months. That way, they won't ever be calling for oil when they are snowed in, and all traffic is at a standstill. I have no complaints at all with Paragon Oil.

Worst company ever!!!! Not professional. At all !!!! I was using them faithfully till the turned around and took my money and cancel my order without a call or anything they don t like to transfer calls to supervisors or managers WORST MISTAKE USING THIS COMPANY

They just pick up the phone and hang up on me. I called them at least 4 times. Worst customer service. They'll be hearing from the better business bureau.

They do not confirm what time they are coming when you make an appointment. Instead, they just show up at your door randomly and expect you to let them in. When you ask for some sort of ID, they refuse to show any ID. After they leave you might find your car and front walkway vandalized with spackle.

In reading some of the negative reviews.. I was shocked....some are from 2 to 3 yrs ago so maybe things have changed...but I have been using Paragon for years and both delivery ..repairs and even customer service are 5 star....

.Please DO NOT deal with this company. They Never give you an appointment, never notice you that they will come. They just show up to refill the oil even the tank till full and send you high bill. Automatic charge from credit card. They steal your money.
