Jordan arrived at our house within two hours after calling to replace a broken spring on our garage door. The amazing part is that it was Saturday morning. He got the job done in a short amount of time and checked all of the other working parts of the door to be sure they were in good condition. He also took the time to explain how to take care of the components to make it last longer. We were so impressed with his professionalism and will be calling Metro Garage Door the next time we need service.
