I am writing a short email to thank and acknowledge the help and support given by Mercia Image in the delivery of my wine game. I would like to mention in particular the help given by Alan Verney. He has always been extremely efficient and professional in my dealings with him over the course of a year or more. He has also shown enormous patience and his contributions towards the final product have been invaluable. Indeed I have found all the people at Mercia to be highly professional and I have the highest regard for the company.
I have already recommended Mercia to another friend looking for some printing work and I look forward to working further with your company in the future.
Very helpful during the design stage and the final product was excellent.
We have used Mercia many times and have never been disappointed... Actually there was one time when the finished product arrived and it wasn't exactly what we thought it would be, however, this was our mistake not Mercia's. After a quick phone call to discuss the issue they took care of it and we had a reprinted version within a couple of days. Brilliant!!! I would have no hesitation in recommending them!
Absolutely brilliant, worked with Alan Verney for my invites and it was such a good job, i used them ti print stickers for my honey favour jars. Alan was great, excellent communication throughout and helpful and informative. Great speed and efficiency, great quality and service will definitely be using them again!
Highly quality products and services. Would highly recommend!
We recently used Mercia Image to create some brochures for an important meeting we had. The timescale was quite tight and the detail was specific but they turned it around and produced a fab brochure for us. We used block foiling on the front cover to make our logo stand out and the result is fantastic! We highly recommend using Mercia Image and look forward to working with the team again.
