We have used Mercia many times and have never been disappointed... Actually there was one time when the finished product arrived and it wasn't exactly what we thought it would be, however, this was our mistake not Mercia's. After a quick phone call to discuss the issue they took care of it and we had a reprinted version within a couple of days. Brilliant!!! I would have no hesitation in recommending them!
