Actually there was one time when the finished product arrived and it wasn't exactly what we thought it would be, however, this was our mistake not Mercia's. After a quick phone call to discuss the issue they took care of it and we had a reprinted version within a couple of days. Brilliant!!! I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

The timescale was quite tight and the detail was specific but they turned it around and produced a fab brochure for us.
