I am writing a short email to thank and acknowledge the help and support given by Mercia Image in the delivery of my wine game. I would like to mention in particular the help given by Alan Verney. He has always been extremely efficient and professional in my dealings with him over the course of a year or more. He has also shown enormous patience and his contributions towards the final product have been invaluable. Indeed I have found all the people at Mercia to be highly professional and I have the highest regard for the company.
