I purchased the Highway Hawk arch back rest and it arrived in fast time but after opening the package I found several scratches on the chrome finish. I asked if the back rest was new and they said yes. They followed up with the manufacturer and I was sent a replacement asap. These guys are the best!

I had questions about going 21"front wheel with my yamaha Roadstar 1700, i got in touch with Meancycles because i had a lot of questions on how to do this and what do i need.
JC helped me out and pointed me in the right direction(s), fun part is that i live in Holland and buying from Meancycles would cost me an arm and a leg on shipping and import duties, i didn't buy anything but still he helped me out, and i highly appreciate this and recommend him to all the people who live in his area or anywhere else in the USA.

I recently bought Custom Hard Bags for my 2006 Honda VTX 1300R. Mean Cycles advertised that they would fit all OEM and aftermarket exhaust. They DO NOT. When I asked how to make them fit I was told I had to cut off the welded tip of the exhaust. This was nowhere on the site and no directions were provide with the part. If something is supposed to custom fit then there should be no modifications needed. MeanCycles has informed me I could return the bags but will not reimburse me for the paint job I have already done. So if you decide to buy custom bags from them be prepared that you might have to spend an addtional $500 on an aftermarket exhaust to make them fit properly. Customer service has been very limited and not very helpful.

Recently purchased Quincy Quan hard bags from MeanCycles as they are the sole supplier in the States. They fail to mention that they do not keep any of these in stock so after two inquiries and two and a half weeks the bags arrived locked with only a key for one bag. The bag with all the hardware did not have a key. After another two weeks of working with their customer service department that normally wouldn't answer the phone, and emails were spotty at best, I gave up on getting any assistance from them and went to a lock smith myself. My last email to the company went completely unanswered and received no restitution for the faulty product that they delivered. While Quincy's bag is a great product I would not recommend this company to anyone and personally will never use it again even if I have to pay a higher price at a different company.

Only reason it's not 5 stars is because they can be terribly hard to get a hold of. Whenever I did get a hold of them though, they were VERY polite, and very helpful. They changed their inventory shortly after my order due to manufacturer's failure to uphold warranties, but once I got a hold of them, they immediately refunded my order. Good company, good people!

VERY family type business. They get you the best deals around and fast shipping. This shop is about you, they are not trying to get rich like some folks around. Dollars now thier saying because I can't find my tracking # they will not refund my money and misteriously can't find the swing arm I mailed the only thing I dislike more than a lier is a thief no more business with you

You can choose fast,cheap or good. Usually you get to only pick 2. Here you get all 3. I ordered a few things from them and the experience was great. They are helpful, paitent and know bikes. They remember that customer service is what pays the rent and it shows. I highly like this place and you should too.

The exhaust I ordered wasn't actually in stock and had to be manufactured (which the listing on their site made no mention of); and the initial response was a bit slow (from the time I paid to them getting the ball rolling took something like 5 days).

But that aside, everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and responsive and, in the end, I got the part I ordered (which, for a 17 year old bike, is not a low bar to clear).

I wouldn't mind a shorter wait and more responsive communications, but these people actually care about their customers and I intend to do business with them again.

Was looking for accessories for my '18 Kawasaki Vaquero. Mean Cycles had a great selection and prices were very good. I ordered 1 part, then later ordered another part. Both parts were delivered within a week of ordering. Great service, friendly staff, I called to let them know i made a 2nd order the same day, and good prices. I will definitely do business with them again! I Highly recommend!!

first i want to say customer service was awesome very nice people to speak with but how they do return is not so great.. unlike other places like revzilla or dennis kirk if you want a refund they send you a prepaid shipping label that the cost of the label gets taken out of the the refund. with meancycles you have to go to your shipping carrier of choice and get a shipping label wich is over double the rate meancycles gets.. it cost me 68 bucks to return and looking at the refund it cost them only 28 to ship to me.. why couldn't they print a label and save me 40 bucks.. also a note for anyone looking at a renegade seat for a vtx it sits you 2 inches farther back from stock position . saddlemans site nor meancycles states that.. otherwise if you buying smaller items buy from them they have great customer service and very nice people

I ve been going to Mean Cycles for motorcycles parts and accessories for a little over 6 years and they ve never let me down. I have a Yamaha v star and now a Harley and they ve always been able to supply me with what I m looking for. If it s not in the shop then it s ordered in what feels like expedited shipping.

Parts you can't find anywhere else at great prices and service. Fast shipping and respond to questions very quick. I ordered an odd ball product distributors didn't have same one and received instant refund. Will be ordering more parts throughout the winter modding season.

Ordered a fat tire kit for my Vulcan 900. Order arrived in good condition within the specified time frame on the website. Emailed over a question about my custom made solo seat and had a response from JC within a half hour.

Placed an order around lunch time on a Thursday. Out for deliver the next morning and at my house before I got home from work Friday. Miami to SC. That is awesome and shipping was free! They did not have a part I was looking for on their website. Called them and spoke with Lisette, and she found exactly what I was looking for and beat any price I have seen advertised anywhere else.
