Purchased a cell phone a little less than a month ago after 10 days of use started to touch the touch screen we send it to the service because it has a 2 year warranty, that they would call us that there is some acid in the cell phone and that it is not their fault and send my cell phone back totally broken which can no longer be turned on and could only be turned on is the touchscreen ticked. I don't know who is crazy here, I just know that the acid they are saying is not my fault, everyone is distancing themselves from all this and I have to throw my new cell phone in the trash. Never again samsung nor in madness !!!!

Here I have a 1.5 year old washing machine moving out of place and making noise at the spinner, the replacement dampers assure me it is okay. Mostly obvious that it can't be fixed. An expensive washer, and the buyer is clearly not being honored. The washing machine works as a tractor. I'm waiting for what's next to be a new washer, money back, or CONSUMER CODE.

Disaster. For 50 days now, my watch has been under repair, they say they approved a new one, the service washes my hands, Samsung washes my hands because it says that the seller should give me a new one, and the seller is surprised because Samsung did not send them anything. Don t buy anything from Samsung because if something goes wrong everyone is acting silly.

why are you doing segregation in the EU since for the US you are doing devices with qualcom SOC these devices support real fm. radio aren't we worthy of such device performances I honestly real fm miss very much for the same price you sell us worse devices so I don't buy your cell phones anymore because you cheat us

In the last 5 years, I spent about 50,000 kunas on various SAMSUNG devices to figure out that I have or will have a bunch of garbage and do not recognize the warranty, and the services are a plain benches. NEVER MORE MUCH FROM SAMSUN !!!

I bought a TV for 8000kn, 2 years warranty. After 2 years and 2 months, the TV broke down.
In an attempt to reach someone from Samsung, the official website directs me to a phone in Serbia, which charges me 8 kn / min, and gives me a mail that does not work.
I came in person to samsung, to say that they are only formally there ....
NEVER AGAIN CHINESE SCRAP CALLED - SAMSUNG.

Regarding the Washing Machine program, I bought an ecobubble 12 kg washing machine for about 1000 then 3 years ago, and now the electronics of the engine have gone and I cannot find a service that will repair the washing machine, irresponsible of the authorized services, I called their central service who called me sent to a service in Zadar and Zagreb, they all have their reasons for not coming and here I had to buy a new machine but surely it's not Samsung! Never again Samsung and not cell phones because Agram Service is a licensed disaster service and not a washing machine, and although I was thinking of buying a new Oled telka, it certainly won't be Samsung!
