WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I wish there was a ZERO star rating. In every interaction with them regarding a re-roof and renewal, they treated ME like I was a criminal due to length of time contractors were taking. Their customer service reps were horribly inattentive, unhelpful, lacked any caring at all, and failed on multiple occasions to return calls as promised. I will cancel any/all policies here and avoid at all costs. Worse...this was a partnership with USAA, #ussa and cannot believe they associate themselves with this type of organization. As a 30 yr USAA client, this is a very poor representation of a business that represents the military & veterans. MacNeill Group is disgraceful company that only wants your money.

MacNeill group operates under the USAA brand which misleads clients. My policy expired without notice and when I tried to remedy the situation I couldn't reach the agent of record because I was directed to USAA but the agent works for MacNeill Group. After spending four hours I gave up in frustration and went to Citizens directly. I asked to speak with management but received a call back from a team leader that was not interested in solving the problem. I recommend avoiding anything that MacNeill is involved with.

Nightmare to deal with...every time I speak to an individual, they require different or additional paperwork that had not been requested - reps are rude.

I have been a client with USAA for 47 years and have always been satisfied with customers service. Why USAA uses MacNeill as its agent is a mystery to me. MacNeill agents and supervisors are incompetent at best and not to be believed at worst. On four separate occasions they told me they would look into a matter and get back to me. Not once did they call me back.

The refund check sent by Security First for an early cancellation of a home owner's policy BOUNCED.
