Level Group - New York

If my experience with the agent at 97 Clinton Avenue in Brooklyn was representative of the entire company, then this agency deserves to have its license revoked.

Unprofessional is about as nicely as I can put it. If you have the ability to work with a different agency, do it.

I had the pleasure to work with Level Group while looking to rent an apartment in NYC. Apartment hunting and moving is really stressful but our agent made it super easy and even fun! He was super transparent about everything, professional and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with my new place and the experience I had with Level Group!

Ian Thomson helped me find a huge apartment in Lefferts Garden, close to the park, great commute from the city, and good shopping. He was very helpful and professional. Gratsiela Tankova and Orhan Chapkanov are awful brokers. She refused to show us a unit because we asked for an actual address. She gave several meeting location intersections and then called me rude when I said it was unprofessional. Then an hour later she said she refused to deal with people like me. Orhan Chapkanov then cosigned her actions.

They shouldn't be allowed to interact with humans.

I did reach out to the management team who responded almost immediately stating they would personally rectify the situation and speak with the agent.

While I would 100% recommend NOT dealing with Gratsiela Tankova or Orhan Chapkanov - the Level Group management team does care about it's clients and works diligently to ensure they are taken care of. If Gratsiela Tankova or Orhan Chapkanovis are the people you have to deal with, don't ask any questions, don't interact, just ask for another agent.
