Gratsiela Tankova and Orhan Chapkanov are awful brokers. She refused to show us a unit because we asked for an actual address. She gave several meeting location intersections and then called me rude when I said it was unprofessional. Then an hour later she said she refused to deal with people like me. Orhan Chapkanov then cosigned her actions.

They shouldn't be allowed to interact with humans.

I did reach out to the management team who responded almost immediately stating they would personally rectify the situation and speak with the agent.

While I would 100% recommend NOT dealing with Gratsiela Tankova or Orhan Chapkanov - the Level Group management team does care about it's clients and works diligently to ensure they are taken care of. If Gratsiela Tankova or Orhan Chapkanovis are the people you have to deal with, don't ask any questions, don't interact, just ask for another agent.
