This is a complaint for online. I paid 60.00 for a sweater that I could not return in store because it was on sale. Most was as there was a promo code. Came in to make a simple return within my 2 weeks grace period was turned away and mocked. The eaton center store gets ZERO stars, but luckily the customer service for le chateau is incredible and they are respecting my return.... if you must shop... try any other store on the island of Montreal!
