I got an appointment of 1 hour where a salesperson attended me. While I had this idea that I needed only sweaters, I was pleasantly surprised by the options presented. They actually made winter dressing fun. Highly recommend doing the appointment! You won't be disappointed. The only thing I would recommend is giving us an additional discount as a person who is being shown items for 1hour is likely to buy a lot of things

Good store, lots of selection, but return policy is bad. only give store credit, which would of been helpful if that was explained to me BEFORE THE PURCHASE!!

This is a complaint for online. I paid 60.00 for a sweater that I could not return in store because it was on sale. Most was as there was a promo code. What pisses me off is that I have to now pay shipping to return it. I will give my business who allow me to do in store returns/exchanges. Terrible way to treat your online shoppers.
Staff are always good for a chat. Decent selection, from what I'm told from my partner. She enjoys going for a look at shoes.
WoW the service was so excellent that I wanted to buy the whole store. The seller was great and gave me great advice on office clothes. I would go back 100 times!
Came in to make a simple return within my 2 weeks grace period was turned away and mocked. The eaton center store gets ZERO stars, but luckily the customer service for le chateau is incredible and they are respecting my return.... if you must shop... try any other store on the island of Montreal!

I'd give this store a zero if I could. Brought my daughter there on friday February 21st at 6pm. There were 3 employees there, not a greeting from them, no offer of help regarding size or choices. Just the 3 of them chatting it up amongst themselves. Obviously the manager is clueless as to what is happening or perhaps he was one of the 3. Anyhow I suggest you go to another Chateau store. Or perhaps the service reflects the quality.
The manager (Mr. with glasses): haughty, disdainful, casual and cold. He is still at the bottom entrance and makes mine with his hypocritical smile. I really like the castle but I will never go to the Eaton Center one again!

If you have a chance to go before the branches close, go for it! The quality is always magnificent and the choice of women's AND men's clothing is unsustainable. All of my party, Christmas and prom dresses come from there!

Very Bad customer service! I was there last xmas.The "old" lady with the boy cut is very rude and clearly does not know how to do her job. She refused to help me as i came to exchange an online purchase (needed a smaller size). Instead of doing the exchange, she forced me to buy the size i needed and then clearly said to sort out the refund from the online purchase on my own. The queue by the cashier was long and she literally threw away my dress so that she can handle other people. She needs to retire. Out of respect for her age, i didn't say anything. I still have the the wrong size dress up until now and gave up on the refund. Waste of money.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE !! I applied for a return label in December ie immediately after receiving the package and they still haven't sent it to me. I wrote to customer service 3 times and impossible to have an answer. However, the merchandise I bought in November was returnable. We made it in February !! How can you continue to sell publicly as well. It's downright fraud
I used to shop there long time ago when I was living in Canada. Got there some years later with very high expectations. Sadly I only saw some old lady s style and not too many options. Perhaps a good place for ladies with more basic styles.

Walked into this store trying to spend thousands of dollars and I picked up a pair of pants to stand in front of of the rack and look at the size and I just picked them up. An employee then came up to me grabbed the pants out of my hand and told me to put them back on the hanger because they would assume that I am stealing the pants. I couldn t believe what I was hearing. Horrible experience.
