This Company was built by Aviation mechanics. That is who we are. We have an open door to all our people our cell phone numbers are put out from multipe sources. We are here for the mechanics 24/7. Why because we know what its like to be contracting and how hard it can be. We know the sacrifices that our people make because we have been there. Its not about any one person its about all of our people.
Worked as an avionics tech for Matthew's for about a year. Pay was good, coordinator and human resources was always attentive and helpful, especially when it came to pay. Never had a single complaint about the company as a whole. If you don't communicate with them you'll run into problems, just like life. Use common sense and don't be a jackass and this company will treat you like gold! I would go back to them in a heart beat! Good contract house for sure.
