I've been in the IT Field for a while now and haven't always had the best experiences with Printer Vendors. However, this isn't the case with LaserCycle USA. I opened a support ticket, and in under an hour I had a tech onsite. He expeditiously resolved the issue, was very knowledgeable and didn't try to put the issue off on the IT team. I was introduced to LaserCycle when I was trying to revive an old laser printer. The tech came by the house, determined that all it needed was a new print cartridge, went back to the store for one, and then refused to charge me for the service call. Who offers service like that!? LaserCycle does! I've been a loyal customer ever since.

I have a very old HP LaserJet printer and for years, I've bought recycled toner cartridges wherever I could get them, at a premium price. LaserCycle works with small businesses like me that need a cartridge about once a year and I'm grateful they don't think I'm too small of a customer. And the pricing is very competitive. Before signing a contract with a new copy company a few years ago I did a lot of research, meeting with over 4 different companies. LaserCycle offered competitive pricing with a small company feel.
