Shared my experience to Loreal and was told I would get a return on money on product. It's been months and I did not get that money back based on their money back guarantee. Please do not use their hair dye or any of their products.

L'Oreal is undeniably the most reliable, accessible, drugstore brand from skincare to makeup. 1-Star Less as some products are $20 more expensive than it's worth.

It all started with the impressive INFALLABLE PRO-GLOW foundation. I recommended it to Matures & their looks have instantly transformed to youthful. Fresh Wear hasn't transferred to a white blouse after a hug. *Yay!* Just the way I like it, Super Black, Flash Cat Eye has a handy gadget that I will eventually learn how to use one of these days.

ALL-OVER HONEY BALM is a great product! Great for travel.

FORGETTABLES: (1) Honey Eye Gel is not bad, not great either; (2) Eye Rosy Tone doesn't show brightness at all & dang expensive; (3) 1.5% Revitalift Hyaluronic Acid falls behind and more expensive than Revolution Skincare and The Ordinary; (4) INFALLABLE Concealers are useless since foundation offers great coverage for same price & bigger size.

Are GLASS CONTAINERS necessary for the stability of products? If not, please replace with biodegradable tubes for easy transport. Glass is heavy.

Beautiful new offices, amazing view overlooking Jersey and the west river. A lot of area construction but the 7 train is around the corner.

Beautiful office space. I worked on the 30th floor and the panoramic views were breathtaking.

Once construction is done it will be the best work location.

Removing the word "Whitening" from your products because it is offensive is absolutely ridiculous. Words themselves are not offensive, it is how they are used and in a specific context. Next thing you know, I will not be able to order a black coffee. Seriously???

Clean , polished Modern building with fantastic amenities. Lunch area has amazing views of the city and plenty of delicious selections .

Just called from L.A. asking for advice on how many times I should wash my hair and the gentleman who answered was extremely kind and helpful plus it only rang like twice before they answered, most amazing customer service I've had ever since I can remember, not to say that it sounded super busy in the background .. thank you loreal for hiring awesome people, just made my Friday morning better...

I went to the L'oreal USA corporate office for training. Everyone who worked there and everyone who worked for the company that was there for the training was very nice and really professional. I had learned lots of different things and it was very interesting. My training was on the 29th floor and the view of Manhattan was amazing.

I've been using La Roche Posay products for years. Recently I decided to try their sunscreen for the first time and the experience has been an array of disappointments. First the product was not delivered, multiple emails I sent remained unanswered. Calling the Customer Service number I was hung up on, treated rudely and not offered any favorable alternatives that would do right to the consumer, and rather seemed to be convenient for them. After many condescending interactions they sent me a replacement product (hardly worth all the previous trouble) just to find out they are sending me the wrong product!!!! After this dreadful experience I doubt I'll be inclined to buy any of their products. Customer Satisfaction IS NOT Loreal/La Roche Posay's priority.
