After repeated calls for service I still have not received a call back. My house be blown to Oz for all these people care. This agency should be shut down for the sheer negligence and disdain they have for their own PAYING clients. The city of San Juan Capistrano should not even allow them to fo business there and the agents that that go through King are just as bad. My agent is in Cathedral City and behaves the same way they do. I will report them all to the insurance carrier. I don't suffer fools gladly and these people are about to find that out.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Sent a payment via check for my yearly premium. I called as it had not yet cleared. Agent said, let me check...after being on hold, I was told that they could not locate my check. The Agent Nina said make the ACH payment with her and my check would be mailed back. It wasn't, it was cashed the same day as the ACH debit to my account.
Back and forth with six telephone, they agreed to send me a check, s first I was told I would need to wait a week for my money to be returned! Totally unacceptable, after four more calls, Elizabeth said her supervisor, who never would answer her line, Gina "approved" a check to be sent to me via Fed-Ex.
Check arrived this morning - unsigned! What a mess this place is! Stay away, I'm going to cancel my policy and go with another company.

We have had this company for 2 years for our house that is at the river. We had to use them last summer due to the 80+ mile an hour winds. We lost our awning and part of our roof and quite a few more things that needed fixing. Well I realized that I never got a new policy this year and I just found out that they cancelled us as of January and didn't even send us a notice!! Great way to do business, at least you could have let us know so we could have looked for someone else sooner.

Used to work here five years ago. The most horrible owners, Deborah and Steve. They treated their employees horrifically. There s was an unwritten rule that if employees passed the owners in the hallway or drove past them in the parking lot, they did not wave bc the environment Deborah and Steve created was one of such contempt that acknowledgements weren t welcome. They abused all the staff, paid very little, and communicated in an aggressive way. If I know what I do know about employee relations and overall human decency, I never would have put up with it. A typical scenario: an employee had multiple strokes and couldn t work. It was in her contract that she was to be paid for medical leave. Deborah was furious, shouting furious, and made everyone sign agreeing to alter their contracts to no paid medical leave. The staff there were miserable in their under-paid, overworked hostile environment. Don t support this place.
