One of a few in the world 5 Stars and 5 Diamonds Oceanfront Resort located in the most desirable city in South East Florida. Abundance of first class amenities, wonderful service, exclusive environment. A real gem in a fascinating, rapidly developing city, a true Florida's Riviera -- Sunny Isles Beach.

It is a luxurious Hotel Resort and Spa located on Collins Avenue with 177 in Sunny Isles Beach. The night in the hotel can consist of more than $ 500 dollars and definitely the hotel on the outside looks spectacular. The beaches are beautiful and well maintained and the area is very safe. We did not stay at the hotel, but on the way to the beach you can appreciate all its elegance. On the north side of the hotel, the construction of two new luxury apartment towers began. Each one will have 50 floors and is called The Estates at Acqualina. Its cost per apartment starts at 4.2 million to 10 million dollars and vary between 270 and 604 square meters.

Luxurious resort with great amenities and friendly staff. Beautiful pool area and relaxing spa for hotel guests to freely enjoy. Great breakfast and wonderful dinner options at Il Mulino and AQ. However, the beach side restaurant Costa Grill's menu items and music selection do not match the overall high quality of the resort, which I find slightly disappointing. Friendly staff, creative cocktails, and amazing view to the beach save any mediocre lunch experience every time.

Spent the day here in the Spa, after coming off the cruise ship because our flight wasn't until the evening. Great way to spend the time - sauna, wet sauna, hot tub, small outdoor pool, relaxation area. The massage therapist was knowledgable and excellent service through out spa.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and accomadating. The hotel is child friendly. The rooms are beautiful and well kept. The hotel is an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Miami. Expect to be pampered. The pools are heated to a relaxing temperature that you just melt in and the hot tubs are not too hot. The beach service is excellent. If any staff from Acqualina read this, Thank You for the wonderful time and to Mariana Go your kindness and help is exceptional!

this hotel overall is very overrated for the service i have received. in my opinions this one star grandma style hotel have waiters that have unwelcoming attitudes towards different races. me and my friends heard the waiters talking about us not in a good way that just made our whole acqualina experience into an unforgettable comical experience and in the worst way possible. if ur thinking on booking this overpriced
unwelcoming hotel that makes u wait 7 hrs for a room that u booked in advance DONTTT this hotel is a JOKEE

Hi. I like visiting Aqualina at least one a year. The service always used to be the best of best, until this time. The beach staff not as friendly as they were all these years in Aqualina Especially a man named Shaquille (the manager) Me and my mother went to yard in the morning. and it was very hot that morning. when I asked him if we can have additional umbrella, he responded (you have to share) all day we been asking them to give us additional umbrella but they ignored us all they been saying..."you have to speak to Shaquille, he's the manager." and there was planty of umbrellas at the corner by the pool... so in the end we had that sweet Spanish girl that been working there for many years she just moved umbrella from the other table where no one was sitting. we just decided to leave in couple hours after all that bad energy he gave us. Aqualina is not cheep at all but I always enjoyed visiting that hotel because of their service, used to be the best. until this year. and btw there is a man his name is Eusebio. that man will make your day no matter how bad your mood is always smiles, jokes. and never gives you attitude

This is hands down the classiest spot in Miami. If you're looking for top notch high quality customer service this is the place. They take customer service to another level, you literally feel like a Kardashian when you stay here. Staff is overly accommodating, room service was 10/10 and the ladies were so kind, very on point when it comes to dietary restrictions, and the beach staff was incredible. Spa staff is so kind - and answer all your questions super throughly. 10/10 experience, can't wait to return!
