Uncaring, disorganized and agents that are downright nasty and rude. They served as a broker. I was sent to American Modern Insurance. After a year of being covered I sent out my premium, I sent it out by accident to Kong Insurance. I wrote on the check, American Modern Insurance. I checked my online bank and discovered there was two withdrawals for my insurance. King deposited a check not made out to them then after the cancellation date they used the routing number and account number to do an ACH to pay American Modern. So basically I paid twice. After talking to American Modern, I called to find out what happened and was made to feel like I did something wrong and they couldn’t help me. All I did was used the wrong address and now my insurance is canceled and the offer to get another insurance company, at a higher premium. So my advice stay away from King insurance. I heard they are trying to find a way to cancel peoples homeowners insurance in California.
