No interpersonal relationship whatsoever, a realty division obsessed with a seller's wishes and conflicts of interest, misleading the buyer with last-minute empty verbal offers. With all the realtors in Austin, you deserve better!

In the spirit of full disclosure, the SWMC is the brokerage for which I work. I can say without hesitation that this KW location is top notch. Leadership is responsive and supportive and the agents are hard working and knowledgeable. Find an agent that you connect with and rest assured that you'll have a great experience!

Here's the deal, Preston Pruett just got a large sum of money from a deal where he failed to listen to the customers and failed to properly communicate to the clients. This agent lied, failed to take accountability and mislead my soon to be ex husband and i to get the house to sell quicker. HE ENDED UP LETTING A STRANGER LIVE IN OUR HOME. Then blamed us for trusting his document was only covering the mans possessions. Turns out the document let the man live there and Preston did not provide us with the right document. He thought he wouldn't get caught since we did not live there.... Well he did and then blamed us. Now I found out via the buyer, that Preston told him "I was in a mood" prior to me coming to get the last of my things ( i yelled at him after finding out the man lived there). Preston s behavior should not be rewarded. He just made a sum of money from the sale of my home but he failed to listen to my wishes and continued to treat me with disrespect. I feel the need to say... Keller Williams company representatives have been unprofessional, condescending and rude. I paid a commission only to find out your agent talked about me behind my back to a man (the buyer) I was supposed to meet in an hour. On top of this his Broker reached out and talked more about my pending divorce than the issues I had with Keller Williams. My ex-husband and I are friends.

I'm not a mean person, I am not just randomly angry and I get along with my soon to be ex-husband. We are friends and were in agreement about how this situation was mishandled. So ... I m not just an angry or forgetful, distraught divorcee. Your firm multiple times let me down.

This review is for Cassandra Clemons of The Harrell Group. Top notch. Didn't pressure about anything, didn't say anything more than she needed to say, answered all my questions, and was incredibly helpful throughout our rental process. She's awesome!

Beware of this company, they are scammers. They fished for my wife's number and called her unsolicited saying they had potential buyers for our house which wasn't even on the market (and we have a realtor) and the fact that they said that is a lie. This is just lying and unethical. Do not do business with this company. The person who called was Chris Hager. I called and verified that he did work there and the number he called from was his.

Worse experience Extremely disappointment from our realtor Justin Herbelin, promise a few things he never delivered and he only appeared once during the whole process at the time of closing.
Linda Ramsey this lady she s Rude with little to none customer service experience, not willing to listen or resolve the poor performance and commitment of one of their lazy unethical realtors.
If you want to feel unappreciated and being taking advantage go with Keller Williams and Justin Herbelin and her useless manager Linda Blair Ramsey (Director of compliance and quality ) yes she can t deliver a simple apology or a proper answer.

Really unprofessional staff with the Michael Harrell realty group. I'm not sure who these other reviewers were working with, but this was the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences I've ever had working with a realtor.

I have worked with several agents in this office and feel like I am treated like one of their family friends! Always responding to my questions and guiding me on the best path, I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in or around Austin.

I worked with the Michael Harrell group and it was an incredibly unpleasant experience finding a rental home. They changed my move in date 3 times over the span of 4 days and didn't offer any sort of apology for their disorganization and miscommunication, and the office manager was incredibly rude to me. When we finally had a reliable move in date, they gave us only two days notice before our lease started. Luckily they were able to push it back but in general thy are incredibly inconsiderate of their tenants.

Upon move in there were dead roaches all over the garage and downstairs. There are a lot of other realty groups you can consider before having to resort to one as dysfunctional and unprofessional as this one.
