I worked with the Michael Harrell group and it was an incredibly unpleasant experience finding a rental home. They changed my move in date 3 times over the span of 4 days and didn't offer any sort of apology for their disorganization and miscommunication, and the office manager was incredibly rude to me. When we finally had a reliable move in date, they gave us only two days notice before our lease started. Luckily they were able to push it back but in general thy are incredibly inconsiderate of their tenants.

Upon move in there were dead roaches all over the garage and downstairs. There are a lot of other realty groups you can consider before having to resort to one as dysfunctional and unprofessional as this one.
