As we stepped up to the door, the doorman put his hand on the handle before making a huge fuss of looking at his watch about three times, he eventually opened the door, no hello, just the store closes in 12 minutes . We d barely got in the door.
Unbelievable when spending that much money!
I told him If you re going to be like that I ll go and buy my third pair of Jimmy s in Harrod s.
No apology, Harrods and Selfridges have much better customer service.

Awful experience. Didn t even get acknowledged when we went to buy my friends wedding shoes. If it wasn t for the fact she loved a particular shoe we would have left. We were ignored for over 25mins..total joke!

Collected an item I brought online, would have been nice to be offered some refreshments while waiting as it took a while. Also would have been nice to be greeted by the sales team instead of security.

Had to come here a few times with the wife luckily not cost me that much
Staff are as to be expected in a high end retailer (tad stuck up)

Was an issue with the shoes we bought but store were really helpful in sorting the issue.

Beautiful store, attentive staff & very good sales...

Beautiful store, attentive staff & very good sales!! Not stuck up at all, (as stated on previous reviews) the staff were amazing & even though I had a problem with a bag I'd bought from another store, they happily dealt with the issues! Simply awesome!

Found a pair of boots online that I fell in love w...

Found a pair of boots online that I fell in love with but they were out of stock on the website. Called the Jimmy Choo New Bond Street store and spoke to Michael. He was so helpful and sorted the order out due for delivery in a couple of days. His customer service was outstanding and he made me feel like a valued customer. Couldn t fault the service.

I see that we weren t the only ones... we were inside the shop for more than 20 minutes walking around, I even asked about done shoes and being honest we were totally ignored! Shame because I really wanted to buy shoes over there, but that is not the only shop in uk so well, you ve lost client and not one only... my friends were planning to visit your shop too but not anymore...

Definitely not recommend!!!

Just coming from there and had a terrible experience. I knew exactly what I wanted but staff didn't even acknowledge my presence. There were also other customers who seemed to just be waiting around. When I complained on my way out, I was told "thank you" but there was no apology or attempt to make amends. The shoes are lovely but for that price, they should come with at least a minimum level of service. Will not visit that store again.

All, I was just at this store two weeks ago, visiting from New Jersey. My experience was awesome with Karen Sze Wai. I brought a great pair of Jimmy Choo elegant flats (KAITENCE). Karen also followed up with a great email.

Took a bag in for repair which took considerably longer than originally intended however the attentiveness of the staff and level of customer service received at this store was nothing short of superb.... many other 'so called' luxury brands could really learn a thing or two from Jimmy Choo
