iTalkbb is really great. The TV service allows me to watch Chinese TV in the U.S., and use my mobile phone to make calls to my relatives in China. The security equipment allows me to monitor my home all the time when I am out, so I feel relieved.

They charged my card on file $54 without my authorization. This was one day after charging my card on file the normal amount of my autopay. Now I will have to go through the trouble of getting my $54 back from these thieves.

Italkbb's mobile app function is very easy to use, dialing is very convenient, just like dialing a friend's mobile phone number in China. I used to use a phone card to broadcast a long list of numbers. Sometimes it would be very troublesome if I couldn't get it. In addition, I also gave a Chinese number. My friend can dial me directly, and I don t have to pay international long-distance fees. My friends feel amazing. Very good!

I like the 950 China number function since my parents can call anytime with local charge. Highly recommend it to those who need to keep in touch with friends overseas.

I tied it`s new mobile app for a few weeks and I have to say I really like it, You can use your data or mobile minutes to call internationally. So as long as you have their account, you are fine with calling through your mobile phone. (if you have their unlimited calling, that means no other charges. Otherwise you still have to pay for whatever you call to them)

They are the only company I know who has Chinese customer service, and the agent who talked to me is very nice.

This is a junk scam company. When you quit the program, they will never send an email to tell you the address of the returning device, allowing you to return the deadline for more than 15 days. Even if you call the service call back, they will still deduct your equipment costs. The Chinese company is such a pit person. Do you have to pay the postage and have a lot of time to call the service? Can you unite to sue this junk company? I believe that the people who are deceived are not a minority.

I signed that up a few years ago when my mom visited. The call quality used to be tolerable. Not any more, it has come to the point that we can hear only two out of three words that are spoken. We decided to cancel it.

They make it impossible for you to cancel, asking you all kind of stupid questions, including the credit card number I first used to sign up the service. I have many credit cards and over the last five years, I have change a few credit cards, but my wife keeps very good record, so I can answer this tough question. I just can imagine some less organized people can not answer the question therefore can not cancel the service.

very good service, easy to use their TV. can use their phone anywhere in the world as long as you have internet service. nice and friendly peoeple.

Have used their Chinese tv service for 3 years and recently signed up for their mobile plan. It works great so far!

I think italkbb company is pretty cool, especially if you can speak Chinese, as they provide "native" Chinese customer service.Customer service is good, they never put me wait on the phone like most telecom. company would do. They only reason I give 4 star is just because I think their email communication is bad, which made me confused.

This company is pretty good. They have home phone and Chinese TV products that are very helpful to my daily life.

I've been using this company for about 8 years and have never really had a problem. Only very minor issues including the service being down for a couple hours one day and having to reboot the phone modem maybe once a year. Considering technology, this is pretty rock solid service. Calls are clear and being able to call and receive calls from China works well.

My parents cannot use English fluently. Italk clerks could answer technical questions for my parents in Chinese which help me a lot!

I don't want a star to give, but no, the system must give a deceitful company. When a year later will charge my credit card without my consent, call customer service, and said some of their company s regulations. And the regulations I never knew, anyway, can't cancel the service on the day you open the line. Otherwise, the one-year fee will automatic charge the credit card and not be refunded!I think I can accept it on a monthly or daily basis. I can't accept the cost of collecting my entire year without my consent.so bad this company.

I'm using their security products now. The Aijia was easy to set up and install. Download the app, follow the simple instructions, and your camera should be connected with a few minutes. You can share the camera view with anyone who downloads the app, which is great as it makes it very easy. Super clear! The daytime video quality is really good, one of the best I have experimented with!
