I signed that up a few years ago when my mom visited. The call quality used to be tolerable. Not any more, it has come to the point that we can hear only two out of three words that are spoken. We decided to cancel it.
They make it impossible for you to cancel, asking you all kind of stupid questions, including the credit card number I first used to sign up the service. I have many credit cards and over the last five years, I have change a few credit cards, but my wife keeps very good record, so I can answer this tough question. I just can imagine some less organized people can not answer the question therefore can not cancel the service.
