I went to the bowling alley, the lounge was old and some of the appliances were broken

It is one of the oldest hotels, but still maintains its status and strength .. A great hotel, very clean and integrated in all respects.

A very luxurious and upscale hotel that offers beautiful services that you cannot find in many hotels in the Kingdom
But their price is very expensive, the cheapest room is 600 riyals, if this is not crowded

Pool service very poor. No food service to the pool and the restaurant staff don't go out to serve people or ask them what they need. Pool door no on one on it ,you have to wait for any employee to pass and open it for you. Bad experience.

Although the hotel is old but it is still conservative in its level .. Continuing renovation of new rooms and facilities

I love the ambiance. It feels like you travelled back in time to the 1980s. You definitely feel the urge to put on your Walkman headset and listen to Led Zappelin and U2 :)

Halo is close to our house and entered but the residence is expensive today 1600

The hotel is beautiful and is frequented by many staff of Indian nationality and they are not efficient for the place and as we know that the reason for hiring them is the general manager being an Indian and therefore must be replaced by all of them to abuse them with more efficient staff and more capable and more elegant and elegant than suitable for a long hotel like Inter.

The tent is a very bad air conditioning. Eating very very very bad buffet place very far from the tables service

The lobby is lovely
Al Bustan Restaurant is one of the best restaurants

I attended workshop there, the service was good and the hall was big and clean.

Very good hotel! Staff are friendly, rooms are large and clean, but need to be renovated.
But bear in mind, when you type in Google maps the hotel name, you get wrong destination. It is very critical for taxi and delivery services.

Wonderful and classy, excellent food service and superb food

Nice hotel, Lovely staff, all facilities are there. The only con is the location is a bit far from the Riyadh landmarks.

Need more maintenance of facilities, halls and tools in the conference rooms

The swimming pools are clean but sometimes not available for non-guests

Children's pool price is very expensive 120 riyals per child and there are no services to eat and the place almost deserted

It's amazing. I'm recommending it to any tourist coming to saudi arabia. It has an amazing golf course, tennis court, spa, great restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, wide variety of rooms, outstanding environment, convenient meeting and wedding halls. Staff are really cooperative. Keep up the good work.
