I have never in my life seen such ignorance..I am ashamed to be called an american. These people at this place are either on drugs or just hate africans. These people called my fiance to that place 8 times...they called twice yesterday on the phone telling him his visa is ready, bring his passport and he can come pick it up..he gets there and for the 4th time these people take his passport..give him that same green slip pf paper they have given him 4 times in the pass and told him to come back in a few weeks....I truly want to find another country better then this one to live in..I am experiencing first hand the complete lack of intelligence and integrity that this place calls, I will not even dignify it by calling it an embassy

Why is it that the US embassy in Dakar is systematically refusing to issue passports to duly entitled American citizens.I know an untold number of US citizens whose passport applications have been denied for the most ludicrous reasons.Some are asked if the hospital bills for their birth have been paid.Seriously!Such blatant disrespect and disregard of the laws have to stop and stop right now.If you hate so much people taking advantage of the 14th amendment as many millions have done including your immigrant forefathers and continue to do,just change the constitution but until then keep your oath of office instead of violating it and disgracing this nation.This rogue behavior has to stop.
