Overall experience was pretty good. Best part is the breakfast, swimming pool n jacuuzi. Rooms are spacious n nice.
Few points which can be improved, room was not ready when we arrived, room door stopper was not there.

Cozy lobby area with pianists play. The hotel locted near Bab Bahrain "old city".. and near to gold city too.

Good armco rate , decent room , decent bF , good to spend a busy weekend there just bed and BF

Staff are very friendly and helpful. You have a great experience as you enter. Elegant surroundings, modern meets Arabic taste. Quiet pool and cozy spa above car park building offers great views of the souk next door. At the Mezzanine area you find an elegant pool overlooked by the modern Asian fusion restaurant. Your rooms are comfortable with beds to Intercontinental high standards. Overall experience is highly recommended.

The hotel is a 5 star hotel that has a disabled entrance and is close to the Bahrain Gate and the hotel area. The hotel room is very comfortable and the service is very quick

Good hotel, one of the older ones on the island, but well maintained. Good service, ample parking, has a great hairdresser, and serves very good food.

It's nice hotel no doubt. But my company paid almost 250$ for 1 night and got the same of what i could get for half of this price, ridiculously expensive probably because it's companies choice nothing else.

Great hotel with great staff. The hotel itself is super modern with excellent rooms and amenities. The staff are superb, who get to know the preferences of regular visitors really well. I haven't dined there but breakfast is excellent. Both bars get a good crowd and have a good selection of drinks with Downtown offering good entertainment.

Best dining experience I have had in Ramadan ....friendly stuff and nice sales team ...offered me free Iftar to compensate for small issue with my previous reservation ...also they offer vouchers for every check to help you to come back ....definitely will come back ...Tamer

When checking in I was told there were no non-smoking rooms left so had to stay in a smoking room. The room was clean but smelt of smoke. Next time I'll stay somewhere else where I can specify a non-smoking room. Disappointing as the staff and hotel on general are great.

Terrific innovative brunch. Great music. Band is downstairs and the tables are upstairs. It's possible to enjoy the music and still have a conversation.

The hotel was too busy so that caused miss control of management and service.

Arrived on 3:30 pm , the room wasn t ready,

received the keys on 4:40 pm

- i had to took my luggage by myself because I called room service twice time nobody answered me.

-I ordered scrambled eggs , waffles and pancakes
I received them after 40 minuets , they were too cold to eat with bad taste.
It were really disedible

I apologize for that , this is intercontinental hotel and presents these bad quality food !!!

The hotel is very good w recently refurbished rooms. Breakfast is amazing with a fairly large spread. Customer Service is good too. They have a nice bar in the lobby level with Happy Hours. Another one is present at the Mezzanine level. Ample parking space. Walking distance from the Manama Souq, Bab Al Bahrain, Bahrain Financial Harbour. Little on the expensive side but worth the price.
