Great software company with nice working environment

The Innoeye technology is one the good companies. The company has many rooms in the same building. But all those rooms are not on the same floor so you have to visit different floors. The office is in the A block of the building. The building is quite confusing because on the entrance there is not any directions to reach the office.

Flexible working time, good benefits and bonus, kind people and great team members. I love to work here :)

Really worst because this company didn't care about it's employees . The company that holds its employees overnight. Bad experience

Actions should be taken against them as they are going against the labour law, making their employees to work more than 12 hours. Pathetic place to work, especially for girls.

Worst company ever... Specially Siteforge group... People are working 12+ hours daily and after that when they ask to leave their team manager or team lead strictly say NO , same rules even for the girls also..

Firstly It is bad to see that this factory having a rating above 4.
What makes this company cross that benchmark?
From around 8-9 am to 10-11pm(may cross 12 in the night even if you have not done your dinner yet) we have to work then office management is cheap&poor. They never respected their employees nor their client.
Most of the people who work in this factory are those who have the location constraint, there is no more than that. If you ask any employee that "will you recommend this factory(company) to anyone". Definitely, no is going to recommend this place. The worst place to work. Extreme less growth opportunity.

Very poor in communication, goes for both HR And directors..very unprofessional behavior...
