I worked for Flair for a year and a half, while studying at University. Claire and her team were extremely motivativing and flexible, so much so that I absolutely loved my time working with them. For anyone who is considering working for Flair, I would jump at the opportunity. This role gives candidates the chance to work with exclusive beauty/fragrance brands, offering excellent training and unbeatable incentives.

I have been working with Flair for 2 and a 1/2 years and it is always a pleasure. The ability to work almost anywhere and in a variety of department store when YOU are available gives you much more flexibility than most jobs. This flexibility gives you the chance to learn different skills about selling and about many different brands. I have also been able to carry out fragrance expert training from The Fragrance Foundation through Flair, which enhances your skills within the basic knowledge of fragrance, but also teaches selling techniques. The area managers also make it a pleasure to work with Flair, Lynsey on the West Coast of Scotland and Claire on the East, they do a super job making sure the staff under their supervision are happy and content!

I love working with Flair as they are not only extremely professional but very friendly too. They always give clear job instructions and have lovely clients to work for.
Its average! Pay is good but the London team does sulk for a long time when you exit for a while and try to return .. too bad as I liked them

I've been a temp with Flair for almost two years and I must say the experience was amazing. I can't praise Claire S. enough as my area manager as she was probably one of the best managers I ever had. It's a great company to work for and I really recommend it.
Flair and Claire (my area manager) are a joy to work for.... I don't know how many years I have worked with them (a lot) and I have always found all the staff approachable and helpful.... A few years ago I was going through a difficult time and Claire was very understanding, this helped me a lot knowing that I still had a job and there was no pressure.... I like the flexibility and also the company's they are staffing.... Flair expect a high standard from there staff, appearance attitude and reliability... I have no problem with this and take a pride in my work always given a 100%... It's very rewarding when a company asks for me to return to work for them as it means they are happy with my performance and also Flair... I hope to carry on working with Flair and of course Claire for a long time..... My only regret is I didn't join Flair sooner, Linda Walker... Aberdeen.

It would be sincerely difficult to find another agency that does what Flair does with the highest level of care, professionalism, reliability and excellence.
I have worked with Flair for nearly 3 years as at the time of writing this review and I have nothing but positive experiences to share. From the meticulousness and humaneness of the staff to the thoroughness and near-perfect professionalism with which they carry out their work - all stellar!
Special mention must be made about the current area manager for Scotland and Newcastle as at the time of this review, Claire Stead and her team, to whom I report to. She is simply brilliant to work with. I cannot recommend Flair Ltd enough.
I have worked with Flair for years and I couldn t ask for a better employer. Flexible working and good pay. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I have worked for Flair since December and I am very happy that I decided to move from my previous company. I am based in Glasgow so Jillian and Lynsey are my managers and I have always found them to be very friendly and professional. The only thing that I struggled with at 1st was the timesheets but that s human error on my part :) Again, my managers and also Sonia in payroll were very patient in explaining it to be time and time again. Like I said, I have previously worked for other similar agencies but have found Flair to be by far the best and busiest.
Thanks to Flair and their amazing team, I've worked with most of the best known and loved beauty brands and gained invaluable experience. I loom forward to every day at work and it's not many who can say that! If you want to work with an agency, this is the number 1!
I had read many good reviews about it, thus I had very high expectations from them, but to my dismay I was completely disappointed by their level of unprofessionalism. They work with great brands, therefore they should maintain at least some standards of professionalism.
I had applied to work with them few months ago but nobody ever came back to me. When I called they said call again after 1 week. I called again twice, then someone sent me an email with a list of questions. I replied to the email promptly and waited to hear back from them but nobody ever came back. I called literally 5-6 time s to their London manager, each time he would say just watch out your inbox we are sending you an interview date shortly, but a month has passed and despite him telling me to keep checking my inbox. No mail or call came.
I do understand that one is not obliged to hire someone but at least show some courtesy and respect to your potential employees and let them know your decision, nobody has time to waste on following up with you for the rest of their lives!
These are basic professional manners every business should practice. They have zero level of commitment (to show that they do what they say).
Very unprofessional attitude, and it won t last long this way.
