I went there for an interview and the behaviour of the HR and other team member is helping. I feel that the atmosphere is positive and relax in this organisation. Nice Experience.
My interview got scheduled for manual testing profile in serosoft First round was apptitude test which contains Grammer, analytical skills, maths question and 4-5 questions based on ms excel.( I didn't understand why such apptitude test for a experienced candidate with no questions related to testing) Second round is directly taken by Hr Manager in which salary is discussed and they asked for 18th month bond with security pay check. On asking why bond for lateral candidate the answer was " we in serosoft has bond for every one". After you accept their terms and condition then they will start technical round, else you can leave.
I worked over here. You get plenty of opportunity to learn, & enhance skill.
Good company but every time at any reason they fire you.
Nice infrastructure and developers . There is good working environment . I have been here in serosoft hackathon which was 8 hrs hackathon . I like their products like erp system and other . They work in java too. I think this is the one of the best company in Indore MP.
I am not selected in third round but company work environment and HR is very good.
