A few years ago I wrote an article on Melarka Williams, the CEO of Ingenuity Technologies for the Jamaica Gleaner. I was new to the world of technology and I was amazed at how he took the time to explain seemingly complicated topics to me and how well he and his team worked well together. Over the years I have worked with Melarka, I have turned to him for my own business advice where he has been a sort of mentor to me and taught me basic principles which I have used to shape my own business. He was also contracted on two projects for a client of mine, where he and his team performed quality assurance checks on their website and installed systems to determine qualitative and quantitate analyses.
