A general unpleasant experience. Unsuccessful attempts were made to intimidate employees. This was obviously not appreciated or tolerated and caused much friction.

For growth of this company I recommend radical change in the way employees are treated. Employees are internal customers who are essentially the backbone of the business. With this done, there may even be the possibility of a sense of loyalty to the company.

Fortunately, ITL contracted it's staff to companies where we were able to grow and make much progress and move on.

With no reservation, I do wish ITL all the best.
