Friendly staff and great prices. For accessories I'd suggest that you order online and goto the store for pickup else it's gonna take a really long time to figure out.

Where else can you get all the electronics you need at one location? The staff work on commission, so they are pretty aggressively helpful. There are frequently sales on items, so it's always fun to just walk around and find something you didn't know you needed.

This is a very helpful store they almost always have what I need. Generally they have multiple options to choose from. The staff is helpful. They clearly work on commission and push the suplimentary warranty on everything. I recommend keeping an eye out for clearance items for an extra savings.

Geeks meeting ground, I like how Microcenter is adapting to DIY folks needs, you still cannot find everything, but they have nice collection, you can easily build a computer from there, and I like their raspberry pi and small computer section

I came in to grab some parts to build my first pc, and they had everything I needed. The associate who assisted me gave me his business card, in case I needed any help. Through email he was able to give me tips on all the issues I had with my build. I had a great experience and I will definitely be coming back.

Brought my desktop in for repair, was told that it would be 48 hours for diagnostic, but they got back to me in under 2 hours. Issue was figured out and solution applied, back to running flawlessly, would highly recommend in the future.

This place has everything you need for your computer project including office supplies, TV's and home security. All you need to set your office up and running

It carries a wide variety of the stuff that nerds need: cables, media, tools, computer parts, networking, etc. Prices are often on par with on line retailers. It's where I go when I need a component right now, but I rarely leave the store with just what I came for. I always find something else that I need.

Don't miss the "hacker corner": as soon as you walk in the store, take a sharp right turn and head out to the end of the store where you'll find all kinds of DIY hardware (raspberry Pi, arduino and all related hardware, soldering irons, breadboards etc.) plus all types of STEM games and geeky gizmo

With Circuit City and Radio Shack gone its one of the last places on Earth to get quality electronics from people who actually know what they're talking about.

The Micro Center is easily the best place to go if you want to shop for computer parts in the Boston area. What sets Micro Center apart from other places is that places like Best Buy or Target do have places to shop for laptops and PCs, but Micro Center has the the best current laptops around. If your looking to build your own computer it is imperative that you go to Micro Center!

Best place for electronics,especially computer parts and repair

I brought a custom built PC in for diagnostics because it wasn't posting to bios. With same day turnaround Anthony was able to determine and fix the problem. I am extremely impressed with their pricing, knowledgeable staff, and professionalism. I was bashing my head against the wall trying to figure out what was wrong with my PC and am relieved to have it back and up and running.

Best computer store! Micro Center has brick and mortar stores as well as their online business. Their selection and prices rival any other supplier. This is my favorite store ever!

Excellent buying experience for a new laptop. Francesco was very helpful, and he showed me several options, even some that were cheaper than the ones I was looking at with similar performance, which really showed that he was actually more interested in helping me as a costumer than making me buy a more expensive option. Would definitely come back to this store for future purchases.

It's a great convenience to have a store that sells all kinds of computer stuff but I have to say I dread checking out; they try to sell you a warranty or some kind of extended contract on anything you buy, seemingly. I don't need a warranty on a 30 dollar cpu fan. Very annoying but as I said I like this place.

Horrible experience, will never be returning. First and foremost the prices are higher than anything you ll see online, but that s the choice you make when you decide to shop in person, here s why I would highly recommend avoiding this store. The salespeople act like sharks in water. As soon as I walked in they would just insert themselves in my girlfriend and I d conversations. Even when asked to leave they would always show one more item, and as soon as we got rid of one, the next one dove in. Finally when I got home after the horrendous experience, the motherboard that the salesperson convinced me I needed, isn t even compatible with the rest of the items I was sold on. Do not go to this store.

Everything you need is here. Prices for BYO are always the lowest. Especially CPU's. Staff is always helpful, young, up to date on what's the latest on tech. Clean and organized aisles, I can find what I need.

Everything you need to build your own PC from scratch. Good selection of parts, accessories, even 3D printers, Raspberry Pi gear, magazines, and soldering tools. Makers, hackers, gamers alike all find something here. I had my laptop service here as an authorized repair facility and it went well.

In store customer service is very helpful. Be wary of refurbished equipment. I bought a modem that was still tied to an xfinity customer's account so they wouldn't activate it for me. They are not picking up the phones at the store and I have been waiting in a chat room for 3 hours with no response.

Good prices with a good inventory personal is very competitive

WOW, geekville and nerdtown still exists! Totally amazed at the number of options one has for a computer mouse or keyboard. This place is freakin-a-awesome! If you're looking for anything computer/electronics related, this place is the place...if they don't have it, it doesn't exist.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY APPLE SERVICE OTHER THAN COMPUTERS! Apple will send you here for service/replacement of phones/AirPods/iPads and Micro Center, even as an Apple Service provider and have 12 AirPods on hand won t help you. Other than that, the store is up to standards....

Good service and much cheaper parts than you'd expect from a physical store. Usually I get the best prices online- this time I actually found better deals at Micro Center than I did on the internet!

Horrible customer service. I was walking around being followed and i came June 26, 2020 with my brother and my mother. I had picked up my monitor and wanted to look around. my mom wasn t interested in the store that much so she went and took my monitor to the car. As she was leaving, they would not let her leave and gave her an attitude because she didn t know she had to leave the other way.the man at the door KINDLY opened the door for her manually and let her out. She said the other employees looked angry that they let her out. I HOPE THAT MAN DOESNT GET IN TROUBLE, he has a heart and is what more stores need. He had black hair and twists and sanitized my hands as i came in. Horrible employees, a few goods ones helped me out but i will not be shopping here again!!

Don't bother calling. They don't answer the phone. Was going to ask about computer repair, but I guess I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

Suggest to shop anywhere else. Will not honor price matching with Amazon prime or energy. Rude manager. Taking all my business elsewhere.

Before I went for the hour drive to Micro Center, I checked their inventory for the latest Ipad and the website said they had ten Ipads in stock. Now, I know what you are thinking, why would I drive and hour and trust that their website inventory was accurate . I trusted their website because they indicate on their website to NOT CALL and trust the inventory listed. So, I drove in and I was told that between yesterday and today, all the Ipads (7th Generation at 128G) were sold and or reserved. Their website says only one per customer (in-store sale only) and you cannot reserve them online so total bull. I checked their inventory when I went back to my car (right after I left the store) and their website said that they still had four in stock. The associate said they had none. Incidentally, the Ipad in question is $424 everywhere else and it was $120 off at Micro Center. Wow, $120 off and too good to be true it was. Be careful because they are baiting and switching. When I went in there, the sales person immediately said that I should buy the newer Ipad Pro. DO NOT TRUST THE WEBSITE OR THE BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!!!

I just purchased a refurbished PC from this store. I did my research on the specs and specifically chose it for the advertised processor and SSD. Unfortunately, when I turned on the computer for the first time and checked system information, the processor was worse than advertised and the memory system was a hard drive, not an SSD. I am trying to contact store management and will update this review if they are helpful.

Spoke over the phone to a very nice service rep (kudos to you, Scott!) who recommended that I return to the store and speak to a manager. Unfortunately, when I went back I ran into a lazy and rude employee at the pickup counter who processed my return but made no attempt to solve the problem. No apology, no "let's see if we can find the right components," just a return. He didn't even make an accurate record of the transaction; he marked the reason for my return as "purchased the wrong product" when in reality Micro Center misstated the components in this pc. When I cited the service rep's advice to speak to a manager, this guy just told me to wander around the pc section and talk to a salesperson. I walked out the door - I'm not starting from scratch with sales after doing all my research at home. This was my first transaction with Micro Center and I am disappointed that they were unable to deliver the product as advertised.

I build my own computers and I love this place. Based on price fluctuations and specials, I don't usually get everything here, but I get some parts for every build here.

I recommend it, computers, accessories and others at a good price and excellent service.

DO NOT BUY COMPUTER PARTS FROM HERE 95% OF THE PARTS DO NOT WORK, NOR WILL THEY REPLACE THEM IF THEY HAVENT WORKED FOR OVER A YEAR.

Terrible customer service availability. I called This location multiple times a day for several days and was unable to speak to a representative. I was also in the "Chat Que" for over an hour multiple times. Best of luck y'all. Everyone else had written such good reviews so I had high hopes.

Worst place to go on payday. Always walk out spending more then intended. I love going here.

Horrible customer service speaking to a tech support person, had a simple return issue because of being recommended the wrong SSD drive for my laptop, and wanted to mail it back as I am 60 Mike's away. He could not handle it, said a manager would call me, when I asked how long, he said probably 3 days. Whi hires these nitwits? If he was my employee he would be thrown into the Charles River!!

there are some good deals to find here. good source for AV cables. there are closeout items. this is a reputable authorized dealer for apple computers and pc. there is a good selection of cell phone accessories. this is a good place to buy SD memory cards and USB cards and card readers. this store sells the arlo netgear video surveillance. this store also has electronic components, publications and equipment for the electronics hobby enthusiast

I m sure I can buy most of this stuff online, but there is a lot of value that comes from the knowledgeable staff. I like to recycle my printer ink and they give you a $3 credit for each cartridge you bring back.

Hands down the greatest place in town! Customer service is truly something all stores should model after. Yonas the service manager is a delight and so accessible, friendly and determined to give you the best service possible. Brought my MacBook in for repairs and was blown away by their friendly touch and speedy work. Truly an delightful and best customer service I ve ever had. And I ve been to enough computer stores to know the difference and Yonas makes all the difference in the world!!

This place if for those who "KNOW". Very specific, if you are the type of guy who understands hardware and builds your own PCs' this is your place.
Also all the types of connectors, cables, adapters etc you can imagine.
Finally great and I mean great deals on refurbished hardware.

It took them one month to fix my computer keyboard. No call backs, had to keep calling. Seem like nice enough folks, but disorganized.
