Nice hotel located on the edge of the river (so quiet) with a good restaurant for meals and breakfast. The pool offers a great view of the city. The latter can be reached easily via a shuttle system. Finally, a very beautiful beach is nearby (10 minutes by car).

What a beautiful view and actually tasty food but an awwwwful service. If you are used to a very good treatment I would never recommend this hotel to dine at. The service at the restaurant is 0/5. Overall this experience is a solid 2/5. Such a shame because the view and the quality of the food are both divine!

Ideal for staying in Chania, we have very nice memories, the swimming pool is great, the staff are lovely ... Difficult to find such a good hotel elsewhere!

Great views, and comfortable bed, even used their gym which is ok for a workout before breakfast (old fashioned pumping iron). Shuttle to the city in the evening is very handy used it all the time. Breakfast offering was good but could do with a bit less sugary things for the health conscious, more healthy/premium things instead

Lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bar/restaurant reasonably priced and the breakfast has a good choice of different foods. The free shuttle that runs into town is a great idea. Rooms are comfy and quiet. As a female on her own it was extremely safe. Met some great people when over there so all in all a great place to go!

Beautiful views, gentle staff, a little later service depending on the number of visitors. A star less than excellent due to the fact that smoking is allowed indoors. The balcony when it closes air-tight in winter with glass windows and when smokers are enough is unfortunately stuffy.

A fantastic hotel. Service at the top. Outdoor pool, exceptional breakfast facing the sea. Hyper equipped room with large LED TV mounted in the wall, bedding neither too firm nor too soft. A shuttle will take you to the hyper center at any time. I tasted a better Italian dish than at most of the so-called Italian restaurants in Lille. Go ahead with your eyes closed.

Excellent hotel. Stopped in it twice. Twice I was pleased to visit this hotel. Good location. Panoramic exclusive view. Spacious balconies in each room. Unlike the center, it is quiet and peaceful here. Animated and crowded only in the evening in the restaurant :).
There is a large distance compensation from the sea - free transfer from the hotel to the city center and back. This service is not used, as a taxi is not expensive. In the range of up to 10 euros you can get to anywhere in the city.
Very polite and friendly working staff. Goodwill Politeness. Helpfulness. As an example, my girlfriend likes to sleep a lot. Never rises for breakfast, although it is consolidated and is included in the room rate. Usually in hotels do not take away breakfast in the room. But having explained the situation, the staff went to a meeting, and in this hotel my friend was always full and fed. By the way, the food is very tasty. Everything is fresh. A good choice. The cook has his chips and gadgets in the kitchen. Every day they ordered dinner in the room. Never disappointed. Ate with gusto.
The rooms are spacious. Especially on the ground floor in triple. By the way, the higher your number is, the less footage of your number. On the first floor are triple. There are two full rooms in the room and instead of a balcony there is a terrace with a green lawn and access to the pool.
The hotel has its own parking and not even a large built little church, which is located just above the parking lot.
Loved the cleaning in the rooms. The girls clean each time as if after this cleaning other guests will be settled. Usually, when the same guests stay in the room, cleaning is done superficially. Here they clean everything very carefully, so that it sparkles like in a palace. By the way, we did not have enough towels, we asked to give two extra towels, we were given no problems. If you want to swim in the pool, then you will be given special beach towels at the reception, but will be asked to pay 10 euros. When returning towels, the money will be returned to you.
A five-minute walk from the hotel there is a mini-market where you can buy all sorts of sweets, water and a local press.
Would recommend this hotel for a holiday. Will be back again.

Fabulous, clean, friendly. Breakfast is amazing and full of variety. Also provide a breakfast basket if u are going on an early morning excursion. Local shuttle bus to town every half hour. Oh, and pool is lovely! Well done Royal Sun!

Very cool place, with a gorgeous ponoram view, good food, beautiful nature, birds sing, transfer to the city every 30 minutes, if you are by car, that is parking (I advise you to rent a car only with a convertible top). The hotel has a restaurant with excellent cuisine, food can be ordered in the room. There is a gym and a tennis court. As for the rooms I recommend rooms with a terrace by the pool. Very comfortably! In general, some + s, I recommend to everyone!

The Royal Sun Hotel is gorgeous. It stands on top of a hill and you can see the whole town and beyond. It has a stunning view.

The rooms are comfortable and have everything one needs. Some of them have balconies with a view both on the sea than on the mountain. It has a pool. It provides shuttle service from the hotel to the town center and back (for free).

Friendly staff. Super clean. Perfect for couples as well as families (I believe they also rent out small apartments). Highly recommended.

Pro tip: get a mojito cocktail, is a must have!

It has a very good location although not in the centre of chania ,the hotel offers a free bus service to the centre every 1/2 hour and had a lovely pool also it's value for money

Petit dej good and varied. A la carte restaurant with very good price. A little far from the city center, but 17 free seats bus available every 30 minutes from 10:30 to 00:00.
