Just spoke with my former classmate working with you and she expressed gratitude for this Organization. That the welfare of staff is well taken care of. How I'd wish to work with you given the chance.

I agree with the legitimate reviewer here - this place does need to be seriously investigated by an impartial company. They are disorganized, they are very unprofessional and they don t understand, nor care, about the importance of honest communication with their clients. When a staff member is caught red-handed in a lie to a client, that staff simply denies the allegation and then that is the end of the client s complaint with no further option for any recourse. This pervasive attitude has created an environment for misconduct and client abuse with no accountability.

Worse place for a child with mental illness ever, someone needs to investigate this company.

I recently spoke with two people who receive services from the Edinburg Center in Bedford, MA. Both expressed hope for the future and newfound confidence. Edinburg's programs, they said, are not only life-changing, but life-saving. Wow!

This organization emotionally abused my friend, who was a client. They refused to help with her needs or assist her in obtaining them elsewhere. She has now been without appropriate, necessary treatment for over a year.

What a CEO we have! The most humble and considerate person I've come across in Massachusett. With you the Organization is destined for a smooth and progressive path.

All programs at The Edinburg Center are designed to fit all needs of the clients. The management's concern on Staff and clients is on an excellent level. A serene place it is!

Was section 12d without ever talking to the psychiatrist for a uti. Then after months of repeatedly trying to go back to my apt I was evicted and left homeless. They took my cats from me, took all my stuff and left me in a rehab. I am not happy.

Sadly, I agree with the three other reviews below. Agency issues, PR and politics clearly take precedence over client care and needs. I want to cry when I read the Edinburg Mission Statement. In my experience everything they CLAIM to do, which is desperately needed, they don't even come close to providing. In some cases, they don't even try.

The Edinburg s stated philosophy puts the client s needs as their first priority. From my personal experience, the clients needs take a definite back seat to in-house politics and personal agendas.

Iff all medical centers in the US were to follow the philosophy and modus operandi of the Edinburg Center in Burlington Rd Massachusetts then all person would enjoy their stay in the US including all immigrants

The Edinburg Center is an amazing place. Everyone is caring and supportive. There is a sense of community and clients are treated with dignity and respect. There is a true sense of appreciation for the staff as well.
