I am thankful for the therapy that was provided for my son. He now is able to communicate. He has speech therapy once a week and cognitive once a month. The therapists were sweet, gentle, caring and sensitive to my requests. They always helped with home life and better ways to help my son. I took in all their advice and it always seemed to work. They helped transitioned my son into Pre-school. I've seen a great difference in my son before and after therapy. Thank you Hope Sparks!

I clearly should have looked at the reviews here first before wasting my time.
I have to take a parenting class for my family law case and this place is listed as court approved. They have a list of items they ll accept as forms of income, one of them being a current tax return. I sent it to them via email on Friday, even left my personal info on it. They send me back an email stating they won t take it and told me it s because it s missing information. I asked what it s missing and they wouldn t tell me. I asked to be connected with a manager and was told no problem, with the receipt of a cc d email. I also called and left a message on the manager s voicemail. That was Friday, here we are Wednesday and I haven t heard back from the manager AND they have extremely sensitive, personal information about me.

Simply helpful, there are too many comments that are personal and not about the staff and facility....the staff= friendly and amazing , the 1 counsolor I have dealt with ...epic and prvides my mind with new tools of communication...and depending on availability and what insurance you carry a bit of a wait to on board....no big deal especially if you need the help!...the facility itself is clan and appropriately designed for privacy and comfortable

Organization, prioritizing and communicating are not strong points to this facility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE FOR HELP. The staff are clueless and have no idea what I am asking. I had to restate how I asked the same question multiple times-two times is too many! How are they going to help others untangle thier problems when the staff have no idea what people are asking in the first place?? Thumbs down!! Get ONE star is way too generous, NO STARS is what they deserve!

I had a really good experience for my daughters first evaluation, the people were really kind and thorough with questions. I'll keep updating when I have more news to see if my opinion changes.

Edit: July 27th 2019

I took 2 stars off because I feel as though the Provider is rude, vague, and unclear on what direction/course of action she wants to take with assisting my child. I will change rating to if situation is rectified.

Edit: Aug 21st 2019

I'm not sure how or why they got mixed up on what kind of care my daughter needed when I clearly stated she needs assistance in speech. For some reason they thought I needed assistance with our relationship. So far more than 1 session they wasted my daughter's valuable time and chances of learning something meaningful.

The lady for parenting class was sweet and funny I didn't think I needed this class cause I been a mom to 4 kids for 10 yrs, but this helped me a lot how to talk to the kids dad, and for me to give him messages from me instead of having our 3 kids in the middle doing it.
